What will you do:
- Position Lenovo as the Global Technology Powerhouse in the Kingdom by leveraging our investment in our future state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and a close partnership with ALAT.
- Define our verticalized GTM strategy for B2B Commercial REL Business Customers and achieve it by stretching business ambitions.
- Lead and maximize the execution of our ambitious yearly business plan to meet our goals across all Business Groups.
- Maintain high team engagement and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
- Drive and manage our commercial management cadence across KSA, including P&L ownership for this segment, in collaboration with Sales Operations.
- Apply our best-in-class product portfolio, solutions, services, and lineup.
- Provide clear market and competitive analysis, including vertical market analysis.
- Own P&L by vertical (Ministries, Authorities, Universities, PIF companies, Oil & Gas, Telco & Utilities, Smart Cities, Financial Services, Banking, Insurances).
- Collaborate with Lenovo alliance partners, WW BUs, and internal stakeholders on planning and executing key business metrics (P&L, market share, PtM, product mix, LoB expansion, strategic programs).
What will you bring?
- 10+ years of experience in the ICT industry, focused on the Government and Enterprise commercial sector, with similar organizations or market experience in KSA.
- Proven market knowledge to access C-Level stakeholders within Government, Enterprise/Commercial/B2B customers in KSA, with a track record of outperforming market growth in revenue, market share, and profit.
- Experience presenting Lenovo's value proposition to customers and prospects, actively participating in customer and partner events in KSA.
- Experience managing P&L.
- Over 5 years of experience leading teams of business managers and individual contributors.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel to engage with customers, partners, and global teams.
