Job description

What will you do:

  1. Position Lenovo as the Global Technology Powerhouse in the Kingdom by leveraging our investment in our future state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and a close partnership with ALAT.
  2. Define our verticalized GTM strategy for B2B Commercial REL Business Customers and achieve it by stretching business ambitions.
  3. Lead and maximize the execution of our ambitious yearly business plan to meet our goals across all Business Groups.
  4. Maintain high team engagement and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
  5. Drive and manage our commercial management cadence across KSA, including P&L ownership for this segment, in collaboration with Sales Operations.
  6. Apply our best-in-class product portfolio, solutions, services, and lineup.
  7. Provide clear market and competitive analysis, including vertical market analysis.
  8. Own P&L by vertical (Ministries, Authorities, Universities, PIF companies, Oil & Gas, Telco & Utilities, Smart Cities, Financial Services, Banking, Insurances).
  9. Collaborate with Lenovo alliance partners, WW BUs, and internal stakeholders on planning and executing key business metrics (P&L, market share, PtM, product mix, LoB expansion, strategic programs).

What will you bring?

  1. 10+ years of experience in the ICT industry, focused on the Government and Enterprise commercial sector, with similar organizations or market experience in KSA.
  2. Proven market knowledge to access C-Level stakeholders within Government, Enterprise/Commercial/B2B customers in KSA, with a track record of outperforming market growth in revenue, market share, and profit.
  3. Experience presenting Lenovo's value proposition to customers and prospects, actively participating in customer and partner events in KSA.
  4. Experience managing P&L.
  5. Over 5 years of experience leading teams of business managers and individual contributors.
  6. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
  7. Willingness to travel to engage with customers, partners, and global teams.
