With a production capacity of 330,000 tons annually and over 3,000 employees, Solen operates two technologically advanced manufacturing facilities in Gaziantep and Istanbul, adhering to Industry 4.0 standards. Renowned for innovation and high-quality products, Solen's award-winning brands include Biscolata, Milango, Amada, Ozmo, Boombastic, Luppo, Papita, and Nutymax. The company exports over 200 products to more than 120 countries, serving both branded and private label markets, thereby establishing a significant global presence. In light of its expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia, Solen is looking for a Sales Manager reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. A brief job description of the position and the qualifications for suitable candidates are described below.

What Are the Qualifications We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of experience in sales, distribution, business development, or key customer management. Regional experience is preferred (Modern Trade/Traditional Trade)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and organized
  • Ability to set and execute business strategies, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mentality

  • Develop and implement sales and distribution plans aligned with the company's strategy
  • Establish good relations with key customers and drive negotiations
  • Manage operational aspects by liaising with Solen and customers' supply chain teams, ensuring product availability as per customer demand
  • Perform frequent field visits to ensure Solen-branded product distribution aligns with objectives
  • Ensure timely payments from customers/distributors
  • Assist in designing promotions to boost sales and distribution in cooperation with distributors/customers
  • Review distributor/customer performance through sales and distribution reports
