Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage accounts and customers: build, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with eCommerce clients.
  2. Identify key categories for online growth through exclusive portfolios, offerings, and marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with Digital Hub and cross-functional teams to achieve eCommerce excellence.
  4. Monitor turnover, market share, and execution KPIs such as availability, visibility, and content deployment.
  5. Source and analyze data to generate insights and inform actions.
  6. Track eCommerce plans, campaigns, and promotional spends against budgets.
  7. Handle all eCommerce operations including payments, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  8. Monitor stock levels and streamline target tracking and invoicing processes.
  9. Coordinate with teams to meet campaign timelines and updates.
  10. Monitor competitors and promotional activities across eCommerce platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, market trend awareness, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
