The team seeks a Senior Conference Producer who stays attuned to our fast-paced, ever-changing industry. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with expert speakers worldwide and promote the unique opportunities to showcase their expertise at our events. With excellent organizational skills, you will manage speakers and oversee the event schedule onsite.

What you will do

Conference Production

• Develop high-level relevant industry conference programs.
• Coordinate with professionals, institutions, and companies for conference content.
• Engage and confirm attendance of speakers.
• Maintain an updated speaker database for event management.
• Prepare and share creative briefs with the Marketing team.
• Lead telesales briefs and follow-up meetings.
• Ensure CME/CPD applications and documentation are completed timely.
• Assist with leads for sponsorship and participate in sales meetings.
• Mentor junior conference producers.
• Conduct post-event analysis including job title breakdowns.

Market Research & Industry Networks

• Research topics with industry professionals and target markets.
• Generate new conference ideas and content through meetings and research.
• Collaborate to enhance the conference portfolio, proposing new tracks.
• Identify and foster relationships with key opinion leaders and institutions.
• Develop conference topics and speaker lists, including leading hospitals and additional delegate attractors like workshops or partnerships.

Speaker & Delegate Liaison

• Network with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates onsite to maintain service standards, resolve queries, and gather feedback.
• Assist with onsite duties during events, which may involve longer hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in events management, with at least 2 in conference production.
• Experience delivering large-scale conferences with over 10,000 attendees, managing tracks and budgets.
• Understanding of Asian markets, especially China, Hong Kong, Taiwan.
• Knowledge of the KSA market, ideally with government exposure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Positive, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure environments.
• Experience in process improvement and launching initiatives.

Preferred Skills (not essential)

• Experience in research roles.
• Sales skills including proposals, pitching, and closing deals.
• Journalism skills such as copywriting and editing.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
