About The Role
Araamis is looking for a proactive and people-focused
HR Coordinator to join our team as a Tamheer trainee. This role is essential in supporting all HR functions at Araamis, ensuring a great employee experience, and helping us acquire exceptional talent. You'll be involved in everything from recruitment to offboarding, while also playing a key role in employee engagement and administrative HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Assist with recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate employee records on the HRMS system
- Coordinate administrative HR tasks such as document handling, scheduling, and report generation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Understanding of Saudi Arabia's labor laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- A good listener with the ability to engage effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
