Safety Coordinator - Saudi

Job Description

1. Good understanding of all building Electro mechanical systems.
2. Able to use test equipment.
3. Responds to all emergencies.
4. Coaching and training of subordinates.
5. Complete all Safety reports and log entries.
6. To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned.
7. Normal staff and intervention team fire training.
8. Orientation and safety training for newcomers.
9. Periodical inspection for all working areas for preventive measures.
10. Inspection of work accidents and diseased and preparation of reports explaining the reasons and the required precautions to avoid them.
11. Statistics of major work accidents and professional diseases to send them half-yearly to the Ministry of Manpower and Training.
12. To establish preventive discipline among employees through training and directional signs.
13. To report any misuse that might lead to accidents or to extra cost in the daily industrial security logbook.
14. To secure all dangerous processes like welding, demolishing, construction, unloading of heavy loads and discharging of fuel tankers.
15. To furnish first aid boxes with the required staff from the clinic.
16. Periodical checking of safety measures for boilers, ovens, kitchens and gas pipes with the concerned personnel.
17. To keep storing procedures up to standard for safety and security measures.
18. To ensure safety procedures in the project's execution and to take part in the fire safety projects.
19. To keep the safety and security measures of the swimming pool.
20. Maintenance of fire fighting and fire alarm system.
21. To check and clarify all emergency exits and staircases from any obstacles.
22. To check all emergency lights periodically.
23. You have to do any other job requested by the chief engineer or assistant chief engineer.
24. You will request any urgent material & spare parts should be followed up till getting the material.
