Responsibilities

• Prepare bulk solutions for filling according to production plans.
• Plan and monitor CIP & SIP and filter integrity testing.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP.

Job description

Responsible for the preparation of the bulk solutions of the products for filling according to process controls and SOP.

• Prepare bulk solutions for filling.
• Plan and monitor CIP (Clean-In-Place) & SIP (Steam-In-Place) and filter integrity testing.
• Receive and dispense raw materials as per the weekly production plan.
• Perform daily tank planning to prepare the required solution as per production plans.
• Plan and monitor Quality Control release of solution on time.
• Check general Cleaning & Hygiene
• Adherence to process system SAP
• Ensure completion of Batch documents
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
