The Job
Participate in formulating and implementing the overall sales and marketing plan for residential projects.
Coordinate with the consultants to prepare sales and marketing literatures and legal documents in accordance with the requirement of Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
Liaise with the consultants and monitor the progress of setting up of show flat, call centre and other sales matters. Liaise with relevant government departments, Housing Authority and internal divisions to ensure a smooth launch of the housing scheme.
Formulate the flats handover standard, monitor the progress of formulating the flats handover procedure, development of defects logging system and setting up of handover office.
Coordinate with internal divisions, consultants, contractors and monitor a handover team to ensure a smooth operation of handover of flats; monitor and oversee subordinates to handle all building defects requests, enquiries and/or complaints during the Defect Liability Period.
Handle tendering process of recruiting appropriate business partners, staff recruitment and training, cash flow forecasts and budgets preparation.
The Person
Degree holder with minimum 8-years’ relevant experience OR Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 10-years’ relevant experience.
Strong leadership, dedicated to work, good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday as necessary.
