About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Management Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in shaping a high-performance culture by driving initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and talent planning. You will work closely with managers and HR partners to ensure our people strategies are aligned with business objectives. A core responsibility includes managing and driving the company-wide KPI process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out performance management programs, including goal-setting frameworks, evaluation cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coach managers and employees on effective use of performance tools and best practices.
  • Track and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Support succession planning and talent reviews by maintaining updated records of performance and potential.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align talent development with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate learning and development efforts to support career progression and employee growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Ensure all practices comply with internal policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent or performance management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of performance methodologies (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, ).
  • Hands-on experience with HR platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
