Reports To: Senior Planning Engineer / Assistant Production Planning Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our production planning team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in production scheduling, data analysis, and ERP systems. The position begins in Sharjah and transitions to KSA after six months, offering exposure to regional manufacturing operations.

Job Purpose:

To support the development, tracking, and analysis of production plans and related metrics. The role involves data collection, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to help drive timely and cost-effective manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules
• Collect and analyze shop floor data, material usage, and work progress updates
• Help prepare daily and weekly performance reports and dashboards
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for planning updates
• Maintain planning records and ensure data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
• Support root-cause investigations for production or material delays

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 02 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing support
• Basic familiarity with ERP or planning software
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, charts, basic pivot tables)
• Interest in data analysis and visualization tools is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and willing to learn
