DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented leader to improve selection for the Marketplace business. He or she will also contribute to setting the strategic vision for additional opportunities for Amazon's Marketplace.


The Amazon Marketplace organization drives the Selling on Amazon business and develops solutions that enable millions of Selling Partners around the world to sell on Amazon. This Manager will execute this vision, leading across functional and technical teams, delivering a world-class experience for both buyers and Selling Partners across categories. Candidates must be able to influence across multiple company organizations and have a good understanding of today's global business environment. The ideal candidates will have a background in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce.


Responsibilities include:
  1. Onboarding new selection to Amazon via Photoshoot at seller location, content creation and optimization, data formatting, barcode scanning, and bringing offline selection online.
  2. Owning end-to-end the Selling Partner experience in SA for a set of categories to improve selection by creating high-quality listings that generate new business for our sellers.
  3. Partnering with business and technical teams to grow new listings on Amazon marketplace.
  4. Identifying and driving new opportunities for Amazon's Marketplace business by delivering high-quality product listings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Photo shooting and image editing skills. Excel skills are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Skilled at content creation and product page optimization.
  • Skilled at handling large volumes of product data using Excel.
