AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to lead our SAP administration efforts and enhance our SAP environments. As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide SAP systems. You will have the opportunity to work on advanced SAP projects, streamline processes, and ensure the stability and availability of critical applications across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, and management of SAP systems, including S/4HANA, BW, and other modules
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security
• Develop and implement SAP landscape management strategies, including performance tuning and capacity planning
• Oversee the administration of user roles, authorizations, and security measures within SAP systems
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to SAP systems and database management
• Collaborate with development teams on integration projects and system enhancements
• Document processes, create technical documentation, and provide training to junior team members
• Stay current with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on leading teams
• In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture and advanced administration techniques
• Proven experience with SAP installations, configurations, migrations, and upgrades
• Strong familiarity with database systems, particularly HANA and Oracle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, and experience collaborating across teams
