Job description

Patriot Electro Mechanic/Hydraulic Technician

Duties:

  1. Participate in the repair of hydraulic components for RSADF systems covered under the presently authorized TAA.
  2. Provide technical and design recommendations to the (directorate/section) manager.
  3. Participate in preventive maintenance procedures for all maintenance levels.
  4. Troubleshoot, repair, test, and evaluate hydraulic equipment.
  5. Maintain test consoles in the hydraulic shop.
  6. Knowledge in operating and maintaining hydraulic parts console.
  7. Participate in opening and closing work orders and on-the-job training (OJT) orders.
  8. Apply approved engineering changes.
  9. Enforce appropriate RSADF safety policies, procedures, and standards.
  10. Perform other related duties as required by the section officer.

Required Skills:

  1. Minimum of two (2) years experience in troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, inspection, and checkout of hydraulic systems.
  2. Experience should be gained at Direct Support or higher tier maintenance level.
  3. Proficiency in hydraulic systems maintenance.
  4. Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.

Required Education (including Major):

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science from an accredited university, OR
  2. Equivalent experience on the basis of two (2) additional years of experience for each (1) year of college.

This position requires a Saudi individual who is eligible to acquire any required Export Authorization.
