Job description

Job Title: Talent & Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a Talent & Data Analytics Specialist to join the Executive Development & Compensation team at Aramco. This team reports directly to the President & CEO and is responsible for development and compensation for Corporate, Executive, and General Management level employees.

Position Overview: This hybrid role requires expertise in talent consulting and advanced data services, supporting Saudi Aramco’s management and executive population globally. The role involves strategic staffing studies, talent management, succession planning, and managing advanced analytics within the department. Establishing metrics related to performance, development, compensation, engagement, diversity, and workforce planning will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide analyses and recommend solutions for HR issues related to professional, managerial, and executive development.
  2. Inform internal stakeholders about Aramco’s executive assessment and development procedures; recommend and implement programs.
  3. Oversee the entire lifecycle of analytic projects, including design, research, development, testing, validation, implementation, and support.
  4. Drive innovation through data assets and analytics to create value.
  5. Guide the development of complex analytics programs and machine learning algorithms.
  6. Collaborate with SMEs and technical authorities to improve operational efficiency and talent insights.
  7. Lead data gathering and cleaning activities, resolving data quality issues, and developing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Analyze large datasets using conventional and machine learning techniques.
  9. Design data visualizations to communicate complex solutions to management.

The candidate should be able to work across functions, drive results, and align talent analytics with organizational goals, partnering with external vendors and staying current with industry trends.

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Business, Management, Psychology, Computer & IS, Applied Statistics, or related discipline; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in data analytics, talent management, assessment, development, or coaching.
  • Expertise in Python, R, Matlab, SCALA, SQL, and visualization tools like PowerBI, Spotfire, or Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, problem solving, machine learning, and AI/GenAI.
