Job Scope:

To develop and implement effective marketing strategies for assigned products within the regional markets, in coordination with the sales and medical teams. The role aims to achieve sales and marketing objectives, expand market share, and ensure compliance with regulatory and scientific standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the assigned regional markets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare promotional and training materials for the commercial team in alignment with the medical department.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper execution of marketing activities in the field.
  • Provide regular reports on product performance, market dynamics, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the planning and launch of new products in the regional markets.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, KOLs, and business partners in the region.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the KSA market.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
