Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is redefining the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an innovative and driven individual to join our team as a Manager - Branding. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies that create a compelling brand identity for Qiddiya.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the brand across various touch points (visuals, physical, sonic, scent, etc.) to align with the core ethos of the philosophy.
  2. Manage all needed collaterals to support internal stakeholders through introduction decks, collaterals, welcome kits, merchandise items, gift items, presentation development and review, events branding, etc.
  3. Review all content focusing on the master brand narrative and develop new ones through managing research/white papers, documentary series, interviews, and newsletters to own the space of PLAY globally and locally.
  4. Align with marketing strategy teams to maintain the strategic direction for any core asset announcement.
  5. Support briefing sessions for creative agencies and partners to develop campaigns for core assets.
  6. Confirm look and feel, messaging, content, and visuals used in activations, along with merchandise items selected for these activations.
  7. Manage all engagement of the brand in ESG, investment, strategy, guest journey, VIP events, and more.
  8. Coordinate with design, production, and filming teams to develop content and visuals as per brand guidelines and philosophy.
  9. Manage messaging and proof points for the master brand and play index.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field.
  3. Experience in developing and implementing successful branding strategies.
  4. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer insights.
  5. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  6. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  9. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is desirable.
