About the Role


CEQUENS is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team in Riyadh. As part of our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibility will be generating and qualifying leads for our SaaS-based communication platform. This role is vital to CEQUENS' go-to-market strategy in the region.


This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Saudi-based professional to grow within a leading regional technology company, contributing directly to our growth in KSA and the broader GCC.


Responsibilities


  1. Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, events, and referrals.
  2. Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs, budgets, and technical readiness.
  3. Effectively communicate the business and technical value of CEQUENS SaaS solutions (e.g., Omnichannel Messaging, CPaaS APIs, AI Assistants).
  4. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records (HubSpot) of all lead activities and communications.
  6. Stay informed on local market trends, regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape in KSA.
  7. Participate in local marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and lead-generation campaigns.
  8. Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams regarding messaging effectiveness and customer pain points in the Saudi market.
