We believe that great execution starts from within — that’s why we’re hiring a dedicated Executive and Operations Coordinator to help streamline our internal workflows and support our leadership team.

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an Executive and Operations Coordinator to support the executive office and ensure smooth day-to-day internal operations. This role combines high-level administrative support with operational coordination, serving as a reliable point of contact between the executive team, vendors, and internal workflows.

You will help maintain order, track progress, prepare executive briefs, coordinate with suppliers, and assist in keeping things running behind the scenes. Discretion, discipline, and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the CEO and executive team with administrative and organizational tasks

Coordinate calendars, meetings, documents, and internal workflows

Follow up on project timelines and vendor commitments

Maintain organized records, notes, and internal archives

Prepare summary briefs, reports, and tracking dashboards

Provide selective support for high-priority external tasks, as needed

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, executive support, or operations coordination roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools (e.g., Zoho, MS Office)
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Familiarity with the events or services industry is a plus
