Position Overview:

As a Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving software sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with enterprise and government clients.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients, addressing business needs and technical requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
  • Represent RapidData Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in software sales within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, cloud computing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market and established networks in the industry are highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
