Senior Manager, Implementation (CDU 270)

Qiddiya is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manager to play a crucial role in the implementation of Qiddiya by applying creative thinking and problem-solving skills across the Implementation, Risk, and Reporting teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, particularly in phasing and planning, to ensure the successful delivery of the approved IMS & Implementation Plan aligned with Qiddiya's City Framework Plan. The role requires effective teamwork and communication skills.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Gather and analyze data to develop high-level implementation plans for non-active districts.
  • Manage implementation models and reports for both active and non-active districts to develop the comprehensive Qiddiya-wide implementation plan.
  • Integrate and interrogate data to support coordinated decision-making.
  • Synthesize findings and present them logically through implementation reports.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations, including monthly dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Lead project management and coordination activities within the implementation team.
  • Coordinate with CDU and MDU Implementation teams to manage interfaces and interdependencies.
  • Continuously develop skills and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, sharing responsibilities and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
