Job Details:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May be required to perform additional duties):

1. Load programs for operation and testing.
2. Perform subsystem tests to assess operational readiness.
3. Load all pre-mission exercise data into the Data Recorder Device (DRD).
4. Maintain a control log of DRD issues and receipts from aircrews.
5. Operate graphics terminals during live exercises and assist with display and control operations.
6. Provide technical assistance to RSAF or aircrews in setting up for replay/debriefing.
7. Maintain and store records of mission tapes.
8. Maintain a mission event log with specific, concise, and pertinent data, including date, time, mission/event, remarks, and operator.
9. For mission replays, record 'mission replay' and describe any system problems encountered. Note aircraft tracking or functionality issues and pass this information for follow-up testing. File all log books into the technical library and keep them available for RSAF evaluations. Interface directly with RSAF regarding mission effectiveness, noting reasons for partial or unsuccessful missions and system status for monthly reports.
10. Generate exercise status printouts as required by RSAF. Activate display for printing when needed.
11. Perform additional operational duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
12. Assist with P5CTS operations and maintenance as required.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Qualification in a technical-related field or equivalent technical education and military experience.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to comply with company standards for field assignments.
• Ability to adapt to remote and/or foreign environments.
