What You Will Do
  1. Leadership Skills: Motivate your team, set and achieve sales goals. Manage, hire, and inspire the team to succeed.
  2. Analytical and Reporting Skills: Analyze sales data to identify weaknesses, report findings to management, and develop sales processes to improve effectiveness.
  3. Salesmanship: Extensive experience in sales, prospecting, qualifying leads, building relationships, and following up on new business opportunities.
  4. Managerial Skills: Knowledge of consultative selling in service sales, and ability to train your team to meet KPIs.
What You'll Need
  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales managerial experience (startup or logistics experience is a plus).
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
  3. Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Willingness to take initiative and accountability.
  5. Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
