What You'll Do

  • Industry Research Analyze market dynamics and define our position to uncover impactful optimization opportunities.
  • Competitor Analysis Benchmark competitors and transform insights into strategic advantages.
  • Customer Insights Gather, interpret, and activate data from VOC, NPS, and user feedback to improve CX touchpoints.
  • Performance Calibration Lead internal testing to fine-tune service quality and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in English + Arabic
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience, VOC, or Customer Service
  • Strong program/project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis (e.g., dashboards, feedback analytics)
