Job Objective:Lead and guide the marketing team within the agency to deliver innovative and effective marketing solutions for clients, while efficiently managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for various client accounts across different sectors.
- Manage internal teams (content, design, advertising, analytics) to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns.
- Lead multiple marketing projects from concept to delivery, adhering to timelines and client requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring expectations are met and campaign goals are achieved.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis tailored to each client to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare professional marketing strategy presentations and interactive proposals.
- Continuously review and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze reports, and provide clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Foster strong professional relationships with technology partners, advertising platforms, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of agency services and internal processes for sustained innovation.
Qualifications and Experience Required:- More than two years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and client projects simultaneously.
- Strong command of digital marketing strategies and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in marketing project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with high proficiency in client-facing presentations and negotiations.
