About the role
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities include understanding client needs and demonstrating how CEQUENS' CPaaS/SaaS solutions, enhanced with AI capabilities, can address those needs effectively. This role involves crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. The position is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role involves building industry-specific use cases utilizing CEQUENS products and solutions to showcase the value and impact of the platform. The ideal candidate will excel in a customer-facing, high-performance team, collaborating to win joint opportunities with sales and customer success teams. You will lead RFP/RFI submissions and act as a liaison between departments to align technical and business requirements, ensuring optimal results.
