Job Purpose
• Lead a team of operators within the ANSAL factory, including RM warehouse and factory teams.
• Responsibilities include HSE tasks, ALPS management, and production coordination.

Key Accountabilities

Health and Safety

• Ensure team adherence to Life Saving Rules (LSRs).
• Train team on Operating Procedures and update SOPs as needed.
• Follow Batch Card instructions and safety checklists.
• Conduct SOP training and ensure BBS observations are closed.
• Identify hazards, report incidents, and raise MOC procedures.
• Issue Permits to Work.

Batch Processing & Warehouse Management

• Pre-batch raw materials, manage transfers, and control process parameters.
• Manage warehouse activities in SAP, including GRN posting, documentation, and cycle counts.
• Ensure batch quality standards and raw material stock accuracy.
• Develop reports and presentations; coordinate with regional support teams.

ALPS

• Ensure compliance with LSW (>75%) and conduct Tier meetings.
• Achieve process confirmation (>90%) and implement 5S (>75%).
• Develop Standard Works, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Skills

• Degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Hands-on SAP PP/LE, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.
• Analytical, time management, and customer service skills.
