A leading organization with a strong presence in Saudi Arabia, offering a broad range of services across various sectors, is currently seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office and ensure smooth administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Office Operations: Oversee all administrative and office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  2. Facilities Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communications.
  4. Team Coordination: Organize internal meetings, team-building events, and office activities.
  5. Document Management: Maintain and organize digital and physical files, records, and important documents.
  6. HR Support: Assist HR with onboarding, employee attendance, and record maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in office management or administrative roles, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Arabic.
