Job description

Role Purpose:

To take control of accounting and GL responsibility.

Key Accountabilities

  • Taking the proper accruals for the respective areas
  • Provide financial analysis and other ad-hoc analytical support to KSA Supply Chain and Sales functions
  • Track and report all productivity projects of KSA Supply Chain and Sales
  • Responsible for preparing and publishing the financial performance reports to KSA Supply Chain and Sales functions
  • Update and report PPED dashboard by SKU and Region with relevant stakeholders
  • Validate all purchase orders related to KSA SC and Sales functions
  • Ensure all contracts about Leased branches and vehicles are valid and up to date all the time
  • Evaluate Cost-saving/Co-distribution initiatives related to KSA SC and Sales
  • Perform month-end closing tasks related to KSA SC and Sales overheads independently
  • Support HO Finance Accounting team for year-end audit requirements
  • Ensure strong control over crates & pallets inventory
  • Track, compare, and report the repair & maintenance cost of chillers every month
  • Track and compare the transportation cost of Primary Logistics every month

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and Business partnering
  • SAP Knowledge with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Cost Controlling
  • Communication & Analytical Skills
