Job description

Job Description: Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, developing and maintaining quality manuals, and overseeing accreditation processes such as CBAHI and JCI. They will collaborate with hospital staff to implement quality and patient safety policies, manage documentation, lead performance improvement projects, and oversee patient safety programs. The role involves establishing quality measurement activities, collaborating with various committees, and managing the operations of the Quality department.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or equivalent, preferably with clinical background.
  • Certification in healthcare quality and patient safety (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS, Six Sigma, Lean) is highly recommended.
  • Minimum 2 years of extensive experience in accreditation standards such as CBAHI, JCI, CAP.
  • Advanced data analytical skills using tools like MS Excel, Minitab, SPSS.
