Wipro's Talent & Change practice is seated within the Wipro Digital Consulting and part of the larger Domain & Consulting group. We are a team of dedicated consultants who believe effective Organizational Change Management is key to unlocking the discretionary effort of colleagues and driving sustainable value from complex programs via adoption, efficiency and effectiveness.
Role Summary
The role embodies people who are passionate about conceptualizing, developing, and driving Change Management Strategy in order to achieve the objectives of the project or program. The individual is expected to have strong sensitivity towards end user change impact, cultural sensitivity, and to be able to articulate a solution and story which makes management of change seamless. They should also be able to support the bid & sales team, RFP solution, lead presentations, and be an excellent collaborator with Wipro internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
The Pr./Sr. Consultant / Consultant will lead the organizational change management activities on the project including communication strategies and plans. Combined with strong facilitation and communication skills, the role holder is required to effectively transition all project stakeholder groups from project awareness to project buy-in/adoption. As a change consultant, you will be contributing to strategic change management engagements using Agile and Digital adoption initiatives. In addition to supporting the growth of the practice, your contribution to our engagements in terms of revenue, improved client satisfaction, and the overall Wipro business is primary to our growth.

The ideal candidate should have a total of 6-14 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 3+ years relevant Change Management experience is required, having completed at least one full cycle project of 6-12 months. Preferably from an HR background.
