Job Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Central Area, Saudi Arabia, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire potential customers and projects to secure business opportunities.
  • Develop new and existing accounts, expanding business in your area.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Utilize Doka’s product portfolio for upselling to increase revenue.
  • Understand and communicate all Doka products and services, comparing them with competitors for effective presentations.
  • Collaborate with management to produce plans, budgets, and forecasts, and deliver against them.
  • Provide solutions that are cost-effective and suitable for customer needs.
  • Coordinate technical solutions with engineering and prepare comprehensive proposals.
  • Resolve customer issues to maximize satisfaction.
  • Lead and coordinate sales activities from inquiry to project closure.
  • Maintain excellent after-sales service.
  • Report on customer needs, market activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Ensure timely payments and coordinate internally to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Keep all customer and project data updated in CRM for accurate forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with expertise in construction and formwork.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales management experience in Saudi Arabia, with proven target achievement.
  • Results-driven, motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience in client presentations and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of contractual terms and value-added solutions.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and familiar with IT and CRM tools.
