The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in developing strong, strategic relationships with Immensa's key customers. You will be working closely with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive long-term value. As part of the team, you will help our customers succeed, while ensuring that Immensa's business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Energy and Industrial sectors. Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their strategic goals and challenges.
Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans, focusing on delivering customized solutions that align with the customer’s needs and Immensa’s capabilities.
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process for key accounts, from identifying new opportunities and generating leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Immensa's internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Track the success of key accounts, measuring the effectiveness of solutions, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Provide actionable insights to leadership teams for continuous improvement.
Commercial Growth: Identify new opportunities for account growth within existing key clients, expanding services and products to increase business value.
Market Insights: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for Immensa.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Industry Expertise: Experience working in the Energy or Industrial sectors within the Middle East region, with an understanding of local market dynamics and key players.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts, delivering exceptional value to clients, and achieving sales targets.
Customer-Centric: A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions that drive business results. • Complex Sales Experience: Expertise in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Collaborative Approach: Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and client solutions.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a multicultural environment, with sensitivity to the diverse cultures in the Middle East.
