The role involves creating detailed 3D BIM models and ensuring compliance with project standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering and 5-10 years of relevant experience in the GCC.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience as a Revit Modeller in GCC.
• Familiar with LOD, BEP, MIDP, TIDP, LOIN, MDS.
• Knowledge of AutoRebar is a plus.

Job Title: Revit Modeller (Structural Architectural)

Role Summary

Responsible for creating accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings for architectural and structural systems using Revit. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination, quality, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D Revit models for architectural and structural systems.

• Create/modify Revit families and templates per project needs.

• Convert AutoCAD/IFC files into Revit models.

• Produce drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Coordinate with engineering and MEP teams to ensure clash-free models.

• Support project meetings and perform model reviews and quality checks.

• Stay updated on BIM best practices and tools (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D).

• Create topography models and manage central Revit files.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Structural/Civil Engineering or related diploma.
• Experience: 5–10 years in GCC as a Revit Modeller (Structural & Architectural).
• Software: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D; AutoRebar experience is a plus.
• BIM Knowledge: Familiar with LOD, BEP, MIDP, TIDP, LOIN, MDS.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
