An experienced SAP SAC Planning Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Analytics
Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions to support business decision-making processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business
requirements and deliver high-quality SAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Create and implement SAC Planning models to address business needs in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Complex Calculations: Develop complex calculations, data transformations, and input forms to enable effective planning processes.
Data Integration: Configure data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems to populate planning models.
Workflow Management: Set up workflows, data locking, and version management to streamline planning cycles.
Scenario Planning: Provide support for what-if scenarios, variance analysis, and predictive planning functionalities.
Analytics and Reporting: Design and deliver SAC stories and dashboards for advanced analytics and interactive reporting.
Optimization: Troubleshoot performance issues in dashboards and improve story execution time.
Collaboration: Work closely with other data professionals to resolve issues and optimize performance.
Documentation: Document each aspect of the planning processes for future reference and upgrades.
User Support: Train and support end-users, ensuring they understand how to use new or updated planning workflows.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Analytics modules.
Hands-on experience with SAC data modeling, scripting (Advanced Formula), and planning functions.
Expertise in connecting SAC with various data sources, including SAP BW, HANA, SQL(DWH) and third-party systems.
Knowledge of predictive features in SAC and experience with Smart Predict.
Understanding of SAC security concepts, including roles, teams, and data access control.
Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
