Technician will be responsible for site electrical substation works.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Supervise electrical equipment installation works.
• Implement safety procedures and detect near misses/incidents.
• Execute the Zero Deviation plan and conduct weekly safety inspections with subcontractors.
• Report unsafe practices to the Site Manager & Safety Officer.
• Review installation drawings and report deviations to the Site Manager.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Site Manager.
• Implement quality procedures and method statements for all installation activities.
• Record incoming equipment and materials upon delivery; report deviations or damages.
• Manage equipment/material issuance to subcontractors and monitor deliveries.
• Monitor and control hired staff (storekeeper, office boy, driver, technicians), maintaining timesheets.
• Assist the Site Manager/Site Engineer in material and progress inspections with clients.
• Control site establishment costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain site cleanliness, housekeeping, and a healthy environment.
• Oversee safety and security of site materials.
• Support in developing red markup drawings for as-built documentation and punch list clearance.
• Build good client relationships and communicate client concerns to the Site Manager/Engineer.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork among all project agencies and members.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering; registration with the Saudi Council of Engineering.
• 2-3 years of site experience in electrical fields.
• Willingness to relocate within Saudi Arabia as per business needs.
• Legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship or time restrictions.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication skills.
