Troubleshooting : Analyze problems with the service and resolve issues, gather information from customers via chat or email for troubleshooting, repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, PDAs, printers, scanners, and other network equipment, report issues to vendors/ISPs and follow up, escalate issues as per escalation matrix, install/uninstall software and upgrades, monitor and maintain queue size, resolve Level 1 technical issues (incidents and service requests).

Hardware and Software Management: Monitor CPU, memory, and disk utilization; monitor event viewer; generate reports; install software; update antivirus and patches; track assets and maintain asset database; handle backup activities and generate reports.

Process Compliance : Regularly update tickets with vendor and customer information, prepare shift handover reports, follow escalation procedures, ensure ticket closure after communication, maintain inventory, focus on Power User calls, track SLA adherence, and update tickets accordingly.
