Job Title: Delivery Executive - Telecom

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Telecom Delivery Executive to lead a long-term engagement in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in program delivery of complex Telco projects within a multi-vendor environment, managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders (internal/external).

Technical Expertise:

The Delivery Executive should possess expertise in the Telecommunications and Networking domain to effectively manage the program, including:

• Wireless / 4G network architecture, protocols, features, and standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to delivery teams and the project management office (PMO) on wireless / 4G network design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Evaluating and recommending wireless / 4G network solutions and enhancements to meet client requirements
• Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in wireless / 4G network technology and adhering to best practices

Main Delivery Duties:

• Ensure delivery sign-off on proposals before they are assigned to a Delivery Engagement Manager
• Participate in defining and implementing the account strategic plan
• Lead commercial management and participate in contract negotiations
• Develop strong relationships with key client business and IT stakeholders
• Govern delivery performance with engagement managers and delivery executives
• Drive innovation and continuous service improvements
• Shape new deals in collaboration with the account manager

Candidate Profile:

The candidate should have a positive, agile, and proactive mindset. The firm seeks a strong leader who can articulate a vision and drive its execution to achieve tangible business outcomes such as bookings, contribution margin, revenue, and market recognition.

The role requires a high level of autonomy, a strong drive to effect change, and the ability to navigate organizational complexities. The candidate should aim to build the business from its current strong foundation towards potential billion-scale growth.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in delivery or project management, particularly in end-to-end delivery/program management of large, complex programs
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
• Motivated to deliver high-quality work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Creative problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience working for or with a service company
• Strong client-facing experience with expectation management
• Excellent organizational skills for managing complex, multicultural projects (on-shore/off-shore)
• Leadership experience in continuous improvement and operations
• Thorough knowledge of contract and financial management
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams (India, Asia, Europe)
• Experience in domains such as Digital Manufacturing, Embedded Software for Medical Devices, Automotive, or Connectivity & Networks is a plus
• Business-level proficiency in English & Arabic (MUST)
