About Tamheer Program:
The Tamheer Program aims to develop graduates with bachelor's degrees or higher by providing practical field experience. It involves a six-month on-the-job training period for fresh graduates to acquire necessary skills in a professional environment.
Tamheer Requirements:
- Be a Saudi citizen.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Be registered on the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) website.
- Not have registered for any job in the past six months.
- Not currently employed in any public or private sector job.
Responsibilities:
- Record Fixed and Variable Accruals.
- Record cash deposit interests.
- Review and validate payroll transactions and provisions.
- Record cost optimization efforts.
- Review sub-ledger balances.
- Review transactions with sister companies.
- Review trial balance and perform account analysis.
- Prepare closing reports.
- Prepare audit documentation.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
