An exciting opportunity is available for an Electrical Technician, based in Dammam, KSA, who will report directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Technician responsible for carrying out minor electrical maintenance services using simple tools and equipment. Skills and knowledge are primarily gained through on-the-job experience with limited training requirements. Work is generally supervised, with limited scope for variation of work routines.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Under supervision, repairing and replacing simple parts and sensors, making adjustments following procedures and equipment manuals.
• Developing and applying basic skills and qualifications related to the job with help from more senior technicians.
• Installing, dismantling, and making adjustments on electrical tools and equipment with supervision.
• Complying with all relevant HSE standards to ensure a healthy, safe work environment at all times.
• Verifying simple and basic task results and tracking electrical issues to detect possible problems.
• Taking basic measurements in electrical equipment under supervision.
• Using basic testing equipment and tools to test and troubleshoot, with supervision.
• Assisting more senior department members in the performance of basic duties as required.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• General Education and Qualifications
• Professional/Technical certifications or accreditation in relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience with a Diploma or High School Certificate.
