Job Responsibilities:
Directs the development and maintenance of relationships with Government entities such as Ministry of Labor, Social
Insurance and Pension Authority as required, ensuring that Emirates NBD KSA fulfils all requirements and maintains effective working relations.
Develops and oversees the implementation of department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of HR Business Partner department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers, and being compliant with government regulations.
Oversees the consolidation of and recommends the HR business partnering department budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
Oversees the investigation and resolution of employee grievances to ensure that issues are handled smoothly in a timely and efficient manner.
Develops the departmental strategy in line with the HR strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies across Emirates NBD KSA.
Ensures internal communication of business relevant HR initiatives so that necessary employee information is disseminated across the business to support realization of business objectives.
Leads the effective coordination with other HR sections on all administrative requests and queries, to ensure that employee needs are addressed and responded to in a timely manner in line with HR policies and procedures.
Manages implementation of business relevant HR strategies within the business and the continuous communication of changes made to provide optimal support to business in realizing their business objectives.
