Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

You’ll work shifts at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be maintaining safety standards within your team and across the site. You will monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritize routine team management, handle daily operational tasks, address escalations, work on process improvements, and participate in operational contingency planning.

Working with colleagues from other teams and external partners is essential to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analyzing data and performance metrics and discussing technical improvements with engineers.

About the team

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations seeks an experienced Operations Lead with a proven record of achieving results. We aim to build and run this new service for our customers and oversee 3P Store Operations.

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), completed before start date
  • Advanced proficiency in English and the local language
  • Relevant experience in data analysis
