About Us:

International Building Systems Factory (IBSF), www.ibsf.com started in 1993 as a fabricator of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel to meet commercial and industrial requirements. In it peruse to become a trusted leader in the industry, IBSF has produced over 10,000 structures shipped to 36 countries across the globe. IBSF has enhanced it is capabilities over the years to cater for all commercial and industrial fabricated steel requirements of international EPC contractors as well as local general contractors.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) and Steel Field. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements sales related activities and processes including sales offers, negotiation as well as preparation and review of documentation requirements.
  • Contacts potential clients in the region to introduce IBSF products.
  • Analyses the sales business process and sales results to identity potential bottlenecks, new opportunities and strategic advantages.
  • Visits subsidiary clients on regular basis to manage and maintain the relationships.
  • Resolves and follows-up on customer complaints regarding subsidiary products.
  • Searches and tracks all tenders published in newspapers, the internet, networks or other means. Reparse project specific cost estimates, tender documents and technical / commercial proposals
  • Proactively follows-up on sales leads, quotations and new projects
  • Handles technical and commercial correspondence with clients and suppliers by telephone, email.
  • Negotiates contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Achieves and exceeds sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in PEB & Structural Steel sales (fabrication & erection) industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good skills in MS software.
  • Excellent command in English language speaking & writing.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
