Working as a valued member of the MENA Experience Hire recruitment team, you have the opportunity to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and identify talent in the market directly.

We’re looking for a Recruiting Analyst Senior, who has the autonomy to become a key business partner to your stakeholders, offering advice on best practices and defining a sourcing strategy to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across your portfolio.


As a Recruiting Analyst Senior, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for specific business areas. You will be responsible for ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience and work independently to plan and deliver recruitment strategies with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Increase engagement of key business stakeholders by building and developing networks and relationships.
  • Develop recruitment plans for experienced hires and mobilize resources for delivery.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies for specialized skill sets across relevant sub-service lines.
  • Collaborate with the business to understand requisitions, develop detailed job templates, and establish pre-screening criteria.
  • Build relationships with external agencies and develop networks to support candidate sourcing.
  • Engage with stakeholders in the selection process, including assessments and interviews.
  • Discuss and review offer terms to reach mutually agreeable conditions.
  • Evaluate sourcing channels using analytics in coordination with HR enablement and shared services.
  • Serve as the contact point for candidate inquiries.
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

What Will Help You Succeed:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of technology recruitment experience
  • At least 5 years recruiting in the MENA region
  • Effective communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Existing local network in KSA & UAE
  • Ability to direct source candidates
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Consultancy experience is a big plus
