Purpose of the Job
Ensuring projects, changing requests and business requirements are delivered on time, improving the user experience and take
an initiative in system automation, configuration and design business processes in applications.
Support business teams in the implementation of projects involving system design, configuration, testing, and
deploying solutions in production, providing go-live support and working closely with functional specialists to deliver, maintain,
troubleshoot and enhance applications functionality according to business needs
Key Accountabilities: Description
On-time delivery of assigned Change Requests & Projects
To configure and implement the project and follow the best practices that will pass through the quality review.
Resolve Tickets raised by Associates as per agreed SLA

Major Activities
Making sure the Hoshin project and CR and other agreed objects are delivered on time within project management parameters
Ensure that the solution fits holistically in the overall Enterprise Architecture design and does not violate architectural principles
transformation programs to address business opportunities & initiating and attending the requirement gathering meeting and providing a high degree of solution
Involve in projects, right from preparing RFP, PoCs, Vendor evaluation, and preparing the business case for automation & managing vendors
Develop Blueprints, Perform Gap Analysis, Configuration & Development, Develop and manage the testing cycle right from the building of test scripts and perform the Unit test, integration test, stress testing and UATs, Deployment and post-production support
Extensively involved in project Scoping, planning and Deployment Strategy And making sure that the team is adhering to the project plan
Responsible for reviewing the SAP and other ERP Reports and accommodating the required changes accordingly & Financial Audit activity from an IT perspective
attend the Architectural review board meetings and present the solutions, systematic approach to the problems and quick adaptability to new technologies

The job holder has authority to review, provide feedback, discuss with vendors and business, related vendor proposals for seeking further approvals.
Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus
The job holder has a crucial strategic role in system design:- new project implementation, and daily support.
The job has a crucial supporting role in ensuring delivering IT Projects run smoothly during and post Go-Live.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other IT related field
Minimum Experience
Minimum 8 years in IT with at least 3 full project cycles of Finance ERP System implementations for major ERP systems
Job-Specific Skills
SAP Finance and controlling or Other Major ERP finance implementation experience.
Have in-depth knowledge & Experience of business processes & the Ability to study the case, design the process, and guide the best practice
Demonstrate experience in planning, developing and implementing the state of digital
Experience in working with interfaces in SAP and other applications.
TRM knowledge is good to have .
Effective presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
Presenting the solutions approach, defining business architect in visual formats to be presented to management for decision making.
Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, customers and vendors.
Languages
English, Arabic is preferred
Special Certifications / Membership
Good to have SAP FICO certification or Certification in other major ERP systems in finance domain.
Saudi Council of Engineers.
