Job Description: Estimation Engineer

Location: Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd, 1st Floor, Tower A, Al Malga Business Center, Anas Bin Malik Street, Al Malga, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect installation drawings based on customer supplied and standard drawings.
  2. Estimate the materials needed to deliver the contract according to tender specifications.
  3. Review project specifications and identify sources of supply from Otis factories.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (factories, sales, design engineers) to gather relevant cost information for technical and commercial requirements.
  5. Prepare estimation price lists including material costs, manpower hours, duties, fees, tools, transportation, and other project-specific requirements.
  6. Calculate margins and safe buffers to develop profitable sales proposals.
  7. Order materials as per approved drawings.
  8. Maintain records of sales and contracting activities using the E-Logistic tool.
  9. Archive all contract terms and conditions following the defined processes.
  10. Review key reports monthly to identify trends or metrics requiring further analysis.
