Business Support Officer, Al-Khobar

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Local Motion Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Management/Administrative Support: Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the MO Senior Vice President, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, expense tracking, and other related duties. Support may also be assigned by HRBP as needed.
  2. Office Management: Oversee office operations, maintain office assets and supplies, coordinate maintenance and transport services for ABB guests, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  3. Sales Coordination: Support the MOSE Sales Team with responding to customer documentary needs and assisting with daily sales requirements to ensure efficient and effective service. Support is also extended to other MO divisions’ sales teams, such as MOSD, MODP, MOLM, MOIM, and MONM, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handle inquiries, and facilitate effective communication.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Project Management Coordination: Support Project Management Teams with their documentation needs, especially when Field Service Engineers are onsite.
  7. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, customer events, meetings, and training sessions.
  8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Knowledge of presentation and PowerPoint preparation.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  9. Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
