• Project Management:Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks, collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Profitability & Success:Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
• Knowledge Building:Build knowledge within the team and support team members through participation in problem-solving discussions.
• SAP Proficiency:Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is required, with expert-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation recommended. Delivery Excellence proficiency and expert-level skills in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central are suggested.
• Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategies to optimize technology project delivery.
