The Role:

We're seeking a Sales Manager for our Middle East division. Working with our regional team, you'll help shape the vision and strategic priorities for the Middle East business. You will manage and nurture relationships with key partners in the Kingdom, devising, selling, and executing bespoke joint business plans to outperform competitors and achieve our ambitions for 2024 and beyond. You should be a passionate brand ambassador with expert knowledge of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies to drive sales objectives across channels and manage key relationships with partners.
  • Own the sales forecast across all products and routes in the accounts.
  • Manage sales goals and objectives for Nothing in the managed accounts.
  • Drive activities to ensure channel partners meet sales objectives.
  • Understand retailer and partner strategies, tactics, shopper behaviors, and trends.
  • Co-create, sell, and execute tailored joint business plans with retail partners to outperform competition and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong external and internal relationships.
  • Continuously evaluate and adapt the business model with retailers, driving necessary changes in go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with retailers, carriers, e-tailers, and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bias towards action and ability to deliver results in short timeframes.
  • Good communication skills, capable of securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with change and managing multiple projects.
  • Enjoys the hustle of a startup with the impact of a global business.
