Hally are exclusively partnering with a leading U.S.-based vendor specializing in Enterprise Backup and Recovery Software Solutions. Building on their proven success and market domination, our client is now strengthening their presence in Saudi Arabia. As part of their strategic growth, they are launching a new legal entity in the Kingdom and are actively seeking to hire multiple Saudi Nationals for a variety of commercial roles. The Middle East has long been a flagship region for this vendor, making this an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious technology leader during a major phase of expansion in the region.

We are looking to hire a Saudi National or Bahrani National as a Sales Manager who will manage a cross vertical patch of commercial accounts in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia and large enterprise accounts in Bahrain.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Digital Transformation, with a focus on Cloud and SaaS migration
  • Minimum 3 years quota carrying experience
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, including field sales and strategic account management within the Saudi Arabian or Bahrani market.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise clients, with consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Deep relationships within enterprise/commercial organizations, along with the ability to build new executive-level connections.
  • Proficient in consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel across Eastern Region & Bahrain to support customer and partner engagement.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.

Performance Expectations:

  • Consistently exceed individual and team revenue objectives within the enterprise market segment.
  • Build and grow a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams and external channel and alliance partners.
  • Lead in-field enterprise sales engagements, often in partnership with channel stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely, accurate forecasting and maintain thorough documentation of sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Establish and nurture strong executive relationships, effectively articulate business value, and lead strategic deal closures.
  • Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, balancing near-term wins with long-term strategic growth.
  • Execute detailed account and opportunity plans to drive revenue and increase market share
