We're now looking for a high-energy, strategic, and customer-obsessed Sales GM to lead our B2B division. This is a top-tier leadership role with real impact perfect for someone who thrives on growth, team building, and shaping what's next in the telecom industry.

Job Summary:

As Sales GM B2B, you'll own the full performance and direction of our enterprise sales function. From strategy and operations to customer success and innovation, you'll drive Red Bull MOBILE's growth across SME, corporate, and government segments.

We're talking about leading teams, closing major deals, and creating long-term partnerships that define the future of mobility in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and lead Red Bull MOBILE's B2B sales strategy to hit aggressive revenue and market share goals.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team across sales, telesales, customer success, and marketing.
  • Pursue major enterprise and government deals, leading end-to-end relationship management.

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Ensure flawless execution across the sales funnel, customer onboarding, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, and tech to deliver solutions clients love.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer obsession.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Analyze trends, competitor moves, and client needs to keep our offers sharp and future-ready.
  • Develop new B2B packages and services that bring value to clients and an edge to Red Bull MOBILE.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align sales performance with Red Bull MOBILE's overall goals.
  • Report on KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue growth with bold, data-backed insights.

Qualification and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in corporate/enterprise telecom sales, including operations and customer service.
  • Proven success leading teams and closing large B2B or government deals.
  • Sharp commercial mindset with deep CRM, tech, and telecom ecosystem knowledge.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic a strong plus.
  • A bold, high-energy leadership style with a focus on impact and results.
